The 12-story Bellagio Palawan will offer 188 smart home condo units equipped with wireless systems that can be controlled remotely via a phone app, allowing residents to manage features like lighting and appliances. Units will include balconies and lanais, with sizes up to 109 sqm for three-bedroom suites.

The building’s façade reflects the harmony of Earth and Water, with curving horizontal elements mimicking waves and integrated greenery for a nature-inspired look. A standout feature is the canopy design resembling giant leaves above the ground-floor retail area.
